In the event SQOOT Pure ceases operations, you do not need to rely on us to access your gold. An independent legal counsel holds your custody claim instructions and can act on your behalf directly.
SQOOT Pure has appointed independent legal counsel as custodian of client claim instructions. In a wind-down scenario, all verified clients receive the counsel's direct contact details and can claim their allocated gold independently — no SQOOT intermediary required.
The counsel operates under a standing instruction agreement, independent of SQOOT Pure's financial condition. Their engagement is not contingent on SQOOT Pure remaining solvent.

Allocated storage: All gold held through SQOOT Pure is allocated — each client's specific coin is set aside under their name and is not co-mingled with other clients' holdings or with SQOOT Pure's corporate assets. Allocated gold does not appear on SQOOT Pure's balance sheet and is not available to satisfy SQOOT Pure's creditors.
Audit independence: SQOOT Pure's audit partner has no financial interest in SQOOT Pure and is engaged under a fixed-fee arrangement not contingent on audit results.
